How To Spa
We do not require our clients or staff to wear a mask. If you would like your therapist to wear a mask please let us know and we will comply.
If you are not feeling well please reschedule your appointment.
We allow extended time between clients to allow for proper disinfection of all rooms, tools, equipment, etc. and to avoid crowding in the spa.
Appointments & Check-In
It’s best to schedule your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date, time and therapist. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in and fill out any necessary paperwork. To preserve a peaceful experience for everyone in the spa, we request that you please turn off your cellphone.
Cancellations & No-Shows
To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments. Spa packages and group reservations require 48 hours. Canceling a scheduled appointment the day of will result in a charge of the full amount of the service. If you have prepaid your service no refunds will be given. If you need to change the appointment in the allowed amount of time (24-48 hour notice) the amount paid will remain on a gift card until used or until the gift card expires (5 years). In the event of any refund there will be a 10% service fee.
Special Requirements
Your comfort and well being are paramount. Please let us know about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies or disabilities. Talking with your spa therapist will help customize your service to ensure your maximum enjoyment and benefits.
Comfort
For your convenience and comfort, a spa robe and slippers will be provided. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Careful draping procedures are observed at all times.
Underage Guests
Guests must be 13 years or older for facials, waxing , and 18 years or older for massage and body treatments. Unaccompanied guests under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian’s signed approval. Unaccompanied children are not permitted in the spa facilities.
Personal Belongings
Because most spa services require bare skin, we request that you refrain from wearing jewelry. Spa in the Woods is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Prices, Gratuity & Service Availability
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include gratuity, In appreciation of your Spa in the Woods Therapist for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion via cash or Venmo.
